Definitely with vocals.  Label states: Medley from "The Candy Shop",  
Victor Orchestra with vocal selections, Victor 5721, no matrix visible.   This is 
just as Jack Raymond notes in his book of Show Tunes.  He dates the  show 
as 1909. Sure sounds like Ada Jones.
