The very last episode of "Danger Man" (in the US: "Secret Agent"), starring 
the late Patrick McGoohan, was set on an offshore Pirate Station in the 
North Sea (Radio 390's WW II fort). "Not So Jolly Roger" was the title, and 
featured John Drake taking care of the spy villains...
