Pretty sure you're right. The first thing I thought of when I saw your post was an old RCA two-fer of the chonological Glenn Miller series I own. It's the only Miller lp I own (not a commercial Miller fan), but it's the 1939 sides.

A friend contends that BLUEBIRDS IN THE MOONLIGHT was heard in the 1941 movie
"How Green Was My Valley".  I am trying to disprove it.  IMDB dot com
is no help, it lists no songs.  I know it was from "Gulliver's
Travels" in 1939.  Still it could have been heard in "How Green"
also.  Anybody know for sure.
