Have you seen the rest of the auctions of the guy? It seems that there are,
or were, artisans in the area producing their own cases and putting together
stuff...

Definitely it's a crapo. But be careful, crapomakers are improving their
issues... this crapo looks almos authentic! The wooden box seems the later
HMV25 or 32 models; it could be an original case.
The horn's material seems crapo, but the shape and style are the same of the
later horn models HMV25 or 32.
The diaphragm looks like a HMV5B.
The tonearm is a no-no, looking like an old thick gooseneck HMV.
The brake, spped regulator and crank come from a portable.
Very dangerous.
