Thanks for your post. Very interesting, it appears that they have "opened it
up". As noted elsewhere, it's a VERY uneven resource, but in some cases,
better than nothing. 

It also appears that they have not captured the information on the library
that owned the 78 and contributed the listing -- bad form!

RDI information was incorporated into the RLG library database, now a part
of the OCLC Worldcat offering. Worldcat is available on the web only to
subscribers, you may have to use your local library, university library, or
find a sympathetic librarian who can assist.

Really? I have no problem accessing WorldCat via www.worldcat.org 
And even though I am a member, it doesn't behave any different to me when
I'm signed in or not so.
