[78-L] Eurovision on 78

I'm adding something in the text of AGP:

> Nel Blu di Pinto di Blu (Volare) by Domenico Modugno -- as released 
> on 78 by Fonit in Canada. 

I own a copy (hairline cracked all thru) of the original italian issue.

> 1st Place - 1956: Refrain by Lys Assia (representing Switzerland -- 
> 78 on HMV in Italy)

Probably  issued in spanish Decca too (not confirmed).
