No, not related to Clem, but it's great that you know about him. For those who don't, the Savoy Dictators was in the early part of a very long career as a notable figure in the Newark jazz and R&B scene, although he has been more widely known for years now as the father of R&B singer Melba Moore (Moorman) and modern jazz pianist Dennis Moorman.
