LoC has three of those 2-inch deep archival boxes of C.P. MacGregor material. Most of it is from the mid-1940's; AFM contracts, Stan Kenton and Nat Cole documents and promotional materials plus several radio scripts. There are a couple of notebooks from 1933-5 but I'm afraid I saw nothing relating to the music library things that you are interested in.
