[78-L] Unissued Slim and Slam

Who's got a Chmura listing? All I have is the info typed on the label, and the 
number follows 3 known Slim & Slam sides listed in Rust and Lord. I see the 
gruesome Grissom recorded it six months after the unissued not-so-grand Slam (I 
know, it's Slim, but why kill a good pun?).
