I was looking around for something like that..even tried a whole pile of
metal 
"spiders" which are fairly heavy but not enough to keep the disc from
rising. 
The other issue was size, since the non-grooved area of this disc is less
than 
two inches and enough room had to be left for the cartridge and stylus. Not 
like the old days when a steel needle didn't need that much clearance..
