Also, shipping costs for 78's (unless the shipper has the good sense to use
"Media Mail"...?!) can be brutal...10" shellac discs weigh about half-a-
pound per each! Back in the early eighties, I bought MANY 78's from
auction lists in the UK...but had to quit as transatlantic shipping rapidly
increased...!! In fact, I gave that up when it started costing me $2 or
more for postage to get my fifty-cent shellac winnings back to
Canada...!!
