I don't think anybody's mentioned "The Gold Digger's Song"! Correct me if I'm 
wrong. (Commonly referred to as "We're In The Money".)

As for the end of Prohibition.."Cocktails For Two" specifically celebrates the 
new freedom in the opening verse (before Spike takes off).
