[78-L] Sauter Finegan (was: RCA record prevue)

Not on topic particularly but the Sauter Finegan reference brought it to 
mind. On at least one Spike Jones record it is said, "Say... whatever 
happened to Sauter Finegan?" Why? I never did understand the reference.
