[78-L] Mitch Miller Horrifies

I knew the one of the other arrangers for the 101 Strings, Bob Lowden, who
couldn't say enough good about Joe Kuhn, calling him one of the best
arrangers he knew. Apparently Kuhn died at a very young age.
