[78-L] American Victor 6151

Having thought the days of unearthing interesting 78s was fast disappearing I recently found a few American Victor Operatics which one rarely finds in the UK.. 
 
One of them is a little curios.
 
Red Victor 6151 :   'Racconto di Rodolfo' (Orville Harrold), backed by 'J'habitais celte chambre'  ( Harrold and Eva Gauthier).
 
Stuck across the the top half of the original label is a sticker, printed on the same paper and coloured ink.  It states - Special Record manufactured for The Gramophone Company, Hayes, Middlesex, England - Made in the USA.   
 
What date of manufacture could this be please ??
