[78-L] Oldest record store

I've always been frustrated by this aspect also. I ask to look and they say that we have to have a specific request. I haven't been allowed downstairs since Norm Pierce ran the place.

At this store they keep the best records behind the counter and will 
show you particular items if you ask for them. This is fine for 
filling in holes in a collection, but can be frustrating for someone 
like me who has broad taste and knows what he wants when he sees it.

I gave up going to Jack's Record Cellar years ago after I got a 
ration of attitude from the guy behind the counter. I don't feel that 
I should have to prove I'm qualified to buy their merchandise - my 
money is just as green as the next guy's.
