[78-L] OT Skype query

Julian,

The first thing is to know that if they don't have skype running they 
wont know you are calling.

But otherwise it makes a conventional if american sounding ring that is 
heard through the PC speakers. You also get a window open and tell you 
that there is an incoming call. You then accept it or not.
