[78-L] 78-L was down today from 12 noon till about 8:15 PM

An unexpected thing happened to the 78-L server today.  It lost its IP address.   It gets its address from a DHCP server and the address is nailed to its Ethernet (MAC) address, so it always gets the same address.   Something happened on a reboot and it did not get an address.   I have hard-wired its address so this won't (can't) happen again.

The server says its sorry.
