If truly limiting it to Al's criteria of "prolifically" recorded on 78: Julia Lee, Hadda Brooks, Nellie Lutcher.

If allowing less prolific: Una Mae Carlisle, Cleo Brown, Gladys Palmer, Betty Hall Jones, etc.

But if, as Al did with Mary Lou Williams' rare vocals, one is allowing the most liberal criteria, then it opens up to the whole big blues contingent; Someone said Victoria Spivey, I'll play Georgia White and raise you Leola Manning.

Most of all, I think of the most fascinatingly unique of great singing, great piano playing women commercially recorded on 78, also a transcribed network radio performer, and the white female singer with the most convincingly black sounding vocal style, 'Cile Turner. Also a fine guitarist and African percussionist; a pretty far cry from Ramona, though.
