[78-L] Chico and his Harp?

Do any of you who are In With The In Crowd happen to know the identity of 
the guy on MacGregor ca. 1938 who is billed as Chico and His Harp?  He sure 
is good.  Natch I wondered if it might be Casper Reardon the Friendly 
Harpist who is the only male jazz harp guy I'd heard from that era.

Any info appreciated.
