[78-L] Good topic idea, Al!

Dardanelle should be on Al's list...her late 40s Victor of September Song 
was one of the first 78s I remember playing out of my parent's collection. 
As a clumsy six-year old,  I broke it,  but years later got a nice copy 
which I still have.

I don't know how early Barbara Carroll started singing as well as playing 
piano,  but she still does and is still wonderful at both.

Frances Faye was truly one of a kind,  but she didn't make too many 78s. 
Those two Caught in the Act LPs recorded live in the late 50s are classics!
