[78-L] Beatles numbers /Miss X

Several months ago this record was played on BBC Radio 2. I think it was on Alex Lester's show (maybe while Alex was on holiday and another DJ was in). As I recall, it was to be an exploitation of the Christine Keeler/ John Profumo scandal (later made into a movie with the theme by Dusty Springfield). It is done very much in the style of Je T'aime by Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin, though not as risque. If I recall, it was a big hit in Cyprus of all places!
