[78-L] Dating some English Columbia titles

Dear friends:

Can anyone help me date some English Columbia titles of the cantor and opera
singer, Alberto Della Pergola? (Born in Italy and then later active in
Rumania.) The record numbers range from D 8593 to D 8597 and matrices from
H199 to H1322. I can provide details off-list. Paul Vernon's valuable book
reports that Columbias in the D range, numbers 8101 - 8699 were recorded
from 1925 - 1950. Della Pergola died in 1942. I am hoping to narrow the
range to less than 17 years!
