[78-L] Digital TV - HOUSE DEAFEATS BILL on DELAY

I don't really care either way, but you know, I only ever saw one of those ads, I think. I watch a lot of TV, but very little of it's on the networks. We don't get quite that caliber of ad. I have learned alot about Bob and the magic pills that put a smile on his wife's face, though.

Also, I heard that while they've got plenty of coupons, there's a major shortage of the converter boxes, so several million people are unable to get them.
