Dammit! 
 
Didn't all of have over a year's notice, and countless TV and radio PSAs to take our own responsibility and get converters by this February deadline? 
 
Where is personal responsibility here?
 
I'd sure like it if big daddy guvment gave long extentions for drivers' licenses, property taxes, and of course, income tax.
