[78-L] Song "The Broken Record" ^

So often, when there is a "surprising" or "shocking" moment on TV
commercials or shows, you hear the sound of a needle being violently
scratched across a record - wonder how many people know what that sound
actually is?

By the way, if anyone was wondering whether that phrase had disappeared, 
Evangeline Lilly (age 29, just 4 years older than compact discs) was just on

Letterman saying she "doesn't want to sound like a broken record".
