[78-L] eBay payment held hostage by buyers!

I have had well over 1000 transactions on Ebay, more sales than buys, very seldom do I have problems. When I am paid for an item I will give positive feedback immediately, and I expect the same. There is two reasons for this, good manners dictate you thank someone when they give you something. And it was originally set up on Ebay to encourage buyers to pay promptly. Only two times did I get negative feedback. Both were when the buyer refused to pay. It was ironic that both times I reposted the item and it brought a higher price. Sloppy packing is a problem. I have received items that were not packed correctly. I know how someone feels when they are expecting an item and it comes broken. I expect positive feedback when I pay for the item. When buying, If the deal is OK, I will leave positive feedback. If the seller is uncooperative then I am sure they will appreciate the red dot. One more thing, I will not deal with newbees, or people with little
feedback, or less than 98 percent positive feedback.
