[78-L] Murder at the Vanities (1934) coming to DVD

On 7 April, Universal will release a DVD set of six "pre-code" films, including the
following:
The Cheat (1931)
Merrily We Go to Hell (1932)
Hot Saturday (1932)
Torch Singer (1933)
The Search for Beauty (1934)
Murder at the Vanities (1934)
The latter title is notable for introducing "Cocktails for Two" to the world and also
for Gertrude Michael's musical number "Sweet Marihuana" (or however it was usually
spelled back then). At least three of its stars made 78s--Carl Brisson, Kitty Carlisle,
and even Jack Oakie.
"Torch Singer" is notable as one of Claudette Colbert's few musical roles, and
I believe she does her own singing.
