[78-L] Poetry

On the poet--yes, it was not read to good effect, and unfortunately poets 
don't seem to do readings well anymore.  It's probably not a great venue for

poets--Robert Frost had some issues at Kennedy's inauguration if I recall, 
although he did fine once he decided to just recite a poem from memory.

Not Frost's fault! He was in his mid-80s, the icy wind kept moving his pages
and the bright sun blinded him, so he gave up on reading the new poem he had
written for the occasion and recited one of his old ones from memory - one
that actually served the moment superbly, "The Gift Outright." 

And Frost did make 78s!
