I think the difference is that Plovdiv is in a later time zone, so they
just reheat the dog's breakfast and serve it for dinner.
Frankly, I wouldn't serve most of this discussion and "commentary" about
our new President TO a dog, regardless of time of day.
Here's a radical idea...let's get back to talking about records and such.
