[78-L] columbia history of music [fwd]

WAS there a Volume Six??????  Just reading in "Gramophone" online that one
was projected but never issued?  It's not listed in any reference or catalogue I've seen....

BTW, Eternal Gratitude to whoever passed on the information that G was online!!!!!!
