[78-L] Forecast Lbl Promo ?

Any one know the story about this odd ball I found in my last summers hunting. It is a vinyl 78. Seems to be a 50s group although the arrangements sound dated at that. Can find only a mention of the Wilder Bros.. Can’t find any info on a Forecast label other than the one Verve started in 1967.
