[78-L] Pronunciations

Re: Billy Murray's Victor recording, "When You Get Off In Cairo, Illinois." 
He definitely pronounces it "Ky-row."  But I know from being there that this
is erroneous, and it's really called "Kay-row."

Because that is how the Illinois town is pronounced...UNlike the Egyptian
city...!
