Just to note, as it's one of my all-time favorite sides, that the Victor
version of Chloe is by the All Star Orchestra, usually credited as led by
Fud Livingston (his arrangement as well?).

Does anyone have any definite information about the soloists? I figure
Kress on guitar and Tommy Gott on tpt (someone once told me Mosiello), but
the piano has always made me wonder. Milton Rettneberg was certainly a
capable player but was be able to toss off such a meaty little jazz run on
piano as you'll find here?

My fave McEnelly side is his Victor of My Sunday Girl, with great stop time
stuff and trick cymbal work...also a nice piano solo by Frankie Carle.
