IMDB shows Paul Frees to be the uncredited voice of Josephine.

In the "making of" documentary on the recent "Some Like It Hot" DVD, Tony Curtis 
says that "a very fine voice actor" was brought in because he couldn't keep his 
voice 'up' consistently for the Josephine voice, and that the final result was a 
combination of the two. Other sources claim that the Josephine voice was 
entirely Paul Frees.
