It's still there, and I just approved your membership.

The groups been pretty dead since Yahoo doesn't store any of the images. 
Nonetheless, it's useful for emailing pictures of labels to those of us who 
are a bit obsessive about them  ;-).  Except that it allows attachments, 
there's no reason to post there instead of 78-L.
