[78-L] Jan Savitt

According to Kinkle, Savitt added strings mid-1942 but due to recording ban 
only four sides made by this band.
Two of these might be "Surrender" and "Along With Me" on ARA 150.
I say ARA as this label did not record Savitt before the recording ban.
