NOTICE!!

1) I am herewith, hereinafter and therefore submitting my quasi-annual
festive message, since were are now approaching a superfluidity of
annual holidays originally intended by our ancestors (and those of
other demographic/ethnic groupings of humanity) to celebrate the
winter solstice and the resulting lengthening (and WARMING, I
HOPE!!) of days!!

2) CAVEAT: Nothing specifically stated and/or implied by the
contents of this transmission is intended by the submittor
thereof to state, suggest or imply the existence of any
responsibilty on the part of the party of the first part
(said submittor) toward the parties of the second part
(hereinafter to be referred to as "the recipients) insofar
as the occurence, or failure(s) thereof, of any suggested,
stated or implied eventualities shall or shall not occur
and/or take place subsequent to your recepition of this
aforenoted transmission!

3) It is the sincere wish of the party of the first part
(the "submittor") that all of the parties of the second
part (the "recipients") shall enjoy a most pleasant
existence, both upon such winter-solstice "holiday" which
they elect to celebrate and for a period as long as possible
subsequent thereunto!

4) It is also the sincere wish of said party of said first
part that any and all "recipients" (parties of the second
part) shall (although NO requirement is herein stated nor
suggested, nor shall the party of the first part be held
responsible for any financial expenses or costs thereunto)
indulge in such libations ("strong waters") as are traditionally
consumed upon the occasion of the winter solstice, and/or 
any holidays thereunto related, as may be financially and
practically possible!

5) Any holiday wishes herein are intended to take effect
on or about "noon" (1200) to-day, December 24, 2008 (aka
"Christmas Eve") and shall extend to 2359 EST to-morrow,
December 25, 2008.

In odda woids...MERRY XMAS, ALL YOU FOLKSES...irregardless
of race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, and/or last-known
place of incarceration!
