[78-L] 78-L was down for 1.5 hours today

We have a major show storm in Portland Oregon, worst in 40 years.  With frozen rain, trees are killing power lines.  2 to 3 feet of snow everywhere. 

We are back up and running now, but for 1/2 hour a tree limb handing on a 7200 volt line was on fire right across the street from our office, and took out 2 phases  of our AC power.     The UPSs here at our business only run the servers for 1/2 hour.

This may happen again this week before this is all over.
