Fibber McGee has a great routine (on 78, too!) of him trying to fix a  
phono's automatic changer--and he has to duck each flying disc!  A  riot!

You said it, it's shocking to see in operation, and there's  only one
record, not a stack.

I've read elsewhere than the  knife-blade was also...murderous to 78s of
the time.

The Capehart  (which came earlier ?) is much better, I  guess.
