If you log in first, then you will not be redirected and somehow lose this page once it is opened. 
Remember, you can only leave a follow-up once. 
So, if you are in a dispute with a seller, wait until the end of email exchanges.  
Then you have the last word. Maximum time to leave a feedback and follow-up is 60 days after auction end  (not 61, I tried it).
