I don't think so. Here's the UK Delta WEB page. They have an address in Orpington, Kent in the UK.

They have a huge catalogue including DVDs and obviously most of it isn't ripped-off. When I challenged them about the Percy Faith stuff they stole they claimed it was they from a company called Musicrent Incorporated but I never managed to trace this outfit.

I wasn't able to find a URL for Laserlight although Amazon have quite a selection, none of which appeared to be listed on the Delta WEB site.
