[78-L] Cataloguing software, and necessary data fields

Hi all,
I am just starting a new catalogue of my collection before packing it
away in storage - as I am going to be travelling a fair bit, I am
using Google Documents, which stores it on the web and can be accessed
and updated anywhere, anytime, internet connection permitting!
