It's also appeared on a Varsity LP (the back of one of the Uncle Don stories, I believe) and possibly on a good quality Varsity 78 from the laminated era.

You've got it almost right. It is on the Sonora label, but the correct
title is ALL AROUND THE XMAS TREE. You can download it from here, complete with
label scan........... (just posted recently)
