Hadn't noticed, but Canada's political news lately has been all about 
"proroguing the parliament" and since nobody in this country paid attention in 
history class, they think it's about serving perogies in Ottawa. And the newly 
anointed leader of the Liberal party looks like Sam The Eagle.
