[78-L] Matrix numbers [Victor, anyway]

But the 14 inch record preceded the 8 inch by three years, as far as
when they hit the marketplace.  Alphabetical sequence following
chronological order would have made D the prefix for the 14 inch
records, then E for the 8.   How'd they get switched?
