[78-L] The Cremation of Sam McGee

There's also an LP of Service reading several pieces including The Shooting of 
Dan McGrew (but not the Cremation), issued in 1967 by Golden Nugget in Seattle. 
Done with the permission of the Service estate but no indication of where or 
when the recordings were made.
