[78-L] Miserere/La Vergine degli Angeli

Request of information from the learned members of the list:
I saw that this coupling of two arias from two different Verdi operas 
(Trovatore/Forza) was used at least once, in a Ponselle/Martinelli (no 
relation alas) 78 rpm record for Victor. I have an English copy of it, I saw 
it was also printed for South America; I'd like to know when it was 
available for sale in the USA, and if it the same coupling was used in other 
editions.
