[78-L] Victor Symphony Orchestra oddity

Here is a Canadian late 30s pressing of Suppe's Poet and Peasant Overture,
Victor Symphony Orchestra, apparently the same as VI 35797, but bearing the old
acoustical number with a 1- prefix, which Canadian Victor added when they
wanted to keep something in print that was no longer in the American catalog.
Thus, Victor 135509. Odd. The Victor Master Book shows only part 2, recorded
July 14, 1926 (CVE 35807-4). Part 1 must have been recorded at the same time
but using the 1915 matrix number..on top of which, the electrical issue is a
dub (-2R is in the 9 o'clock position). Anyone know if this was recorded at the
same time, and who conducts? Bourdon? And why would Canadian Victor have the
wrong number for this..especially when 35797 WASN'T deleted but still in print
in the US in 1940? Real weird.
