That's actually the Columbia *Multiplex* Graphophone Grand. The regular
Graphophone Grand was a single recorder/reproducer 5" cylinder machine.
This was also the first time the word "Multiplex" was used to label or
describe consumer audio gear, although if I recall correctly the word
itself had previously been used in conjunction with harmonic telegraphy.
